Paula Asensi Camarasa is a fully funded PhD researcher at the University of Alicante (Spain). She was awarded a doctoral grant (FPU) by the regional government of Valencia, and prior to that she obtained a BA in English Studies, a MA in Language Teaching and a MA in Anglophone Literature and Culture. Her main research interests are feminism, gender studies, fin de siècle, and North American female writers. She is currently working on female artists at the turn of the 20th century.
